Easy Peasy Journeys operates as a Travel Agency/Independent Contractor and acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and car rental agencies.

2. Travel Supplier Terms and Conditions

  • All travel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the respective travel suppliers.

  • You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms and conditions of each travel supplier at the time of booking.

  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from your interaction with travel suppliers, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, changes in schedule, or service disruptions.

3. Pricing and Availability

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of pricing and availability information, but we are not responsible for errors or omissions.  

  • Prices quoted are based on current exchange rates and are subject to change until full payment is received.

  • Taxes, fees, and other charges may apply and are subject to change.

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates.

  • You are responsible for complying with all travel requirements, including health and safety regulations, as specified by the relevant authorities.

  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from your failure to comply with travel document or requirement regulations.

5. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

  • Travel insurance is not included in the price of your travel arrangements unless explicitly stated.  

  • You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and conditions of your travel insurance policy.

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or services.  

  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from your interaction with travel suppliers.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
